New zoning for land in Yalikavak Bodrum for sale The future of land for sale in Yalikavak, Bodrum has just been cleared with the re-introduction of zoning regulations applicable to residential and commercial property development in Yalikavak. Zoning was suspended over 18 months ago. With the zoning, planners aim luxury villas and 5 star hotel grades for Yalikavak in an attempt to help boost the area's profile as a high end Turkish resort. There will be much lower build density going forward and more allowance for green areas.
