We then move onto drafting and agreeing on the
construction contract. Your construction contract will
cover all necessary clauses to provide you with
maximum assurances, security and warranties during
and after construction.
Obtain the Permits
Our architects will submit their plans for construction
permits with the local authorities. Provided plans are in
line with local zoning regulations, and we will of course
make sure they are, construction licenses will be
granted within a month.
Build the House
With the license at hand we can start the construction
process. The majority of Turkish resort towns, on the
Aegean and Mediterranean, construction season runs
from the end of October through Mid-May. This is a
build phase just short of 7 months.
Stage the Payment
We also handle the structuring of payments and
facilitate the transactions between the bank. We have a
standard model for payment stages for custom built
homes that provides maximum transparency and
satisfaction for our owners.
Hand Over the Keys
Provided licenses are in hand at the beginning of the
construction season, we will deliver you the keys to your
dream home, at the latest, by the end of May. You can
then carry out the inspections and move into your dream
home in June.
Protect Your Investment
After full completion of your property, you will carry out
detailed snagging of the property. You will pay the final
balance only after all is in agreed and completed to your
satisfaction. We also provide a 5-year build warranty for
structural and construction related matters.
Manage and Maintain
Upon request, we will gladly take over the management
and maintenance of your property, including rental
management if required. Our first year management and
maintenance is free charge, thereafter we charge a
reasonable market rate.

Nick came to us after discovering the bay of Fethiye and it's hidden treasure,
Sölvage İsland, whilst on a paragliding holiday. Busy from the daily grind as CEO of
Vodafone, Nick came looking to us for a little slice of solitude for him and his
family; Fethiye provided just that. We teamed up with Beyaz Homes, in Fethiye, to
build Nick his Aegean Oasis including a tiered Infinity pool, garden, and boat
access dock along with all off the luxury finishes we've come to know as standard on
the inside.
The resulting build was a stunning sea villa that overdelivered, even a CEO's,
expectations. The ease of process and trustworthy reliability of Designer Turkey
allowed Nick and his family to leave their worries behind and soak up their new
community. Just a short ferry ride into town, from one of Sölvage's three brothers,
or a jaunt on Nick's personal boat, the main town has all off life's necessities
mere minutes away. And when the sun begins to duck behind the horizon, the Jefferys
return to take in their ever changing panoramic views in a stillness even the local
dolphins can't help but lose themselves in.

on projects on a spectrum of scales including several
competition-winning projects such as the acclaimed
London Aquatics Centre for 2012 Olympic Games and
the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku on the bigger side.
The latter of which Saffet is acknowledged as co-author.

furniture designs found inside the structure, such as for
